Roger Sweeney Roger Sweeney, Managing Partner, has spent the last decade of his career providing interim CEO’s and leadership to companies undergoing significant change and transition. Roger has been personally involved with over one hundred successful turnaround situations, placing senior executives who revitalize businesses based on clearly defined goals and objectives. He has operating experience as President and CEO of several manufacturing companies, in addition to varied roles at Procter & Gamble, Avon Products, General Electric and McKinsey & Company. 
 

Jim McClung Jim McClung, Managing Partner, is a recognized expert on building and managing results-oriented businesses and expanding global markets, the corporate governance to operate them, and the development of global executives. Jim held numerous executive officer positions at FMC Corporation, establishing a consistent reputation for bottom-line and turnaround management excellence across a diversified portfolio of machinery, chemical and consumer sectors. Drawing on 30 years of global executive experience in more than 75 countries, Jim offers key insight on the best way to identify and leverage advisors, board members and operating executives. 
 

Don Bielinski Don Bielinski, Managing Partner has a diverse operating career, including CEO and President positions in 3 different industries, leading business ranging in size from start-up to the Fortune 500.  A 25-year career with W. W. Grainger, Inc. encompassed roles of Group President, Division CEO, SVP Marketing & Sales as well as CFO. Post Grainger, Don has been CEO of Exostar, a technology service company in the Aerospace and Defense Industry and Chairman, Asia Pacific for the Hudson Highland Group, a $1.5B talent management and recruitment business. Don has lead businesses in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.  His expertise lies in developing start-ups from within existing businesses, managing complex turnarounds/reorganizations, strategy development, and innovation.


Y.C. Chen Y.C. Chen, Operating Partner, has an unparalleled record in leading Asian initiatives, for US-based companies, in new business development, energizing the growth and profitability of established businesses, and in pioneering sourcing and contract manufacturing. Y.C. has held numerous senior management positions at Cummins Inc., R. R. Donnelley, and W. W. Grainger, Inc. In addition to his successful initiatives in the Asia Pacific region, Y.C. has also led the Global Supply Chain function at Grainger as well as serving as Group President for Mexico, Canada, and Puerto Rico and President of Grainger Industrial Supply. He is known for achieving top and bottom line results by utilizing his experience and network with a focus on strategy, speed to solution, and teamwork.


Joe Stachowicz Joe Stachowicz, Operating Partner, has a wealth of experience in product management/merchandising and has a specialized focus in global sourcing, contract manufacturing, and logistics. A veteran of W. W. Grainger, Inc., Joe has held key leadership positions including President, Grainger Global Sourcing. He pioneered sourcing at Grainger building this business from inception to over $700M. His sourcing and contract manufacturing expertise encompasses areas including: transportation, inventory management, packaging, import compliance, engineering processes, and quality and regulatory compliance. Joe has a unique understanding of the needs of diverse, multi-national, multi-cultural, complex initiatives. Joe maintains an impressive multi-national network in the global sourcing/contract management arena.


Marc Rosenow Marc Rosenow, Executive Vice President, is a senior corporate executive with a 27 year proven track record of superior performance in the highly competitive recruitment and talent management industry. With a diverse mix of operations management, sales, and functional expertise, he drives change, transforms underperforming operations, re-engineers support functions and builds high-performance leadership teams. Marc has served in senior roles at Manpower, Kelly Services and Hudson. He has established start-up business operations in the US, EU and Latin America and has managed franchise relations on two continents. He sits as on the board of two non-profit charitable organizations. Marc generates value through entrepreneurial thinking and seamless execution of business strategy.
