SMB Interim Managers are a highly select group of senior level executives who have a demonstrated track record of achieving superior results in successful operating companies. They are passionately interested in new opportunities and solving challenging business problems. Simply put, you need to be a proven leader with a history of results.

Interim Managers generally have:

  • Over 10 years of experience as a C-Level Executive in a business with revenues in excess of $50M. While many of our assignments are operational we also have need for functional leadership in finance, information systems, human resources, and legal. Our Interim Executives come from every business sector.
  • Rapid availability: We generally go from client contact to start of an engagement in two to three weeks.
  • Availability for up to 6 months. While some of our assignments are short-term and measured in days, they typically range from 3 to 6 months.
  • Comfort with being a ‘hands-on’ leader. We need action-oriented individuals who know how to get the job done without necessarily relying on a large staff.

Becoming an SMB Interim Manager is not for everyone. We vet our Interim Managers very thoroughly.
