A 3-phase approach, which can be committed independently, to successfully exporting your products to the Asian market:

  • Phase 1--Assessment Phase:

    SMB provides an opportunity assessment of the potential sales and profits available to a business by penetrating Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan) and Latin America(Brazil, Mexico, Argentina). The assessment includes market need, availability/quality of competitive products, price strategy, method of entry (distribution versus direct sales), legal requirements, logistics, marketing, intellectual property rights, etc. This phase would be priced at a fixed cost based on the size and complexity of the opportunity. 
     
  • Phase 2--Planning Phase:

    SMB works with agreed output from Phase 1 and identifies the implementation process, costs, time line, resource requirements, organizational structure, and business strategy. The primary output of this phase is a 3-year business expansion plan. This phase would be priced at a fixed cost based on the size and complexity of the opportunity. 
     
  • Phase 3--Implementation phase:

    SMB's global team works with the client to facilitate implementation and contract negotiations, as appropriate. This phase could be priced at a fixed cost, percentage of first year sales, or a combination. Post implementation, SMB can provide for ongoing assistance utilizing Interim Managers.
